Recent problems streaming English TV

Is this Freeview?  At this time of the year Feeview always gets worse, I am told the Earth is slightly further from the satellite hence  the poorer signal.

Have you deleted the cache and thumbnails

Thanks for your suggestion, I've cleared the cache but not the thumbnails. I've given up on streaming free UKTV as it is now unobtainable, we can still get films but these are interrupted or cut off sometimes. The officials in Spain are clamping down on illegal transmissions, but internet providers I am told, are looking into providing UKTV as a 'free' option. I think these should come on stream during this year, fingers crossed!
