If you bring a vehicle over as part of your one-off permanent move to Spain, then you are exempt from Import Duty and IVA. If not, then you need to pay Import Duty, which is generally 19%, applied on a sliding scale of depreciation against the original new purchase price of the vehicle. You then need to have the vehicle 'matriculated' onto Spanish registration and have an ITV (MOT).
Then there is the cost of transport - I don't know, but I would estimate to be in the hundreds of £s if you use a removal company who take part-loads.
So, I guess you need to consider these costs versus selling your scooter in the UK and buying one here. They are very common forms of transport, so I would expect there to be a wide variety of ages & prices.
If you are not a resident, then you can ride the scooter on your existing UK licence; if you are a resident, then you either have or will exchange your UK licence for a Spanish licence and need to check that the required category is till valid.
Hope this helps!
