Property Management for long term rental

Hi - does anyone know of anyone local to Puerto de Mazarron that could look after/manage our apartment (key holding, show people around, arrange tenancy etc.) if we were to find someone who would like to rent our apartment on a long term basis? We're struggling to find someone who could provide this type of service.
