ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM RENTAL IN THE PORT OF MAZARRON?

We have a beautifully presented and fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment available for a long term let. Ideally this would be an 11 month contract starting from the 1st May 2019.

The apartment is located in the El Alcolar urbanisation in the Port of Mazarron. Communal pool, balcony with mountain views, short stroll to the beach and Paseo. Children’s park opposite the complex. The apartment is located on the first floor. WiFi available.

The price is €400 a month - electric and water bills will be billed extra per month. Rent will be paid a month in advance and a deposit would be required. If you may be interested in this please could you private message us where we will get back to you ASAP! Thanks!

If anyone is considering renting out their property in Spain I would love to be able to save you from the pain and frustration doing this can cause you. Firstly there is no such thing as an 11 month contract. If you let them in then they will have the legal right to stay for five years and your contract is worthless. Tenants in Spain have all the rights on their side. The landlord virtually none. If you simply must rent out, have the contact drawn up by a solictor who is an expert in this field. Consider a 'holiday' let which is safer but again get a solicitor to do it. I made the mistake and am now paying the price for my ignorance.

In short DON'T DO IT!!!!

Pass this message on to anyone so inclined.

I am looking for a long term rental for 2 pensioners. Please advise what is available in January. And provide full costings and pictures please. It needs to be fully furnished and have a shower. I would prefer 2 bedrooms. If it is above ground floor then it needs to have a lift as I use a wheelchair. Aterrace would be lovely.
