Easy Walking Group

Hi,
I need more exercise and I thought an easy walking group would be it. At the moment I can't ride my bike and would like to get out more for at least a one or two hour walk but not too hilly. Anyone interested? We could start off with a walk along the promenade in the port just to get to know what everybody wants to do.
