When to get my PCR test

We are moving to Puerto de Mazarrón in May. Our ferry is due to dock in Santander on Wednesday 19th May at 14:30. We were planning to get our PCR tests done at 17:50 on the Sunday - does this seem right re the 72 hour timeframe? We’re not sure if the time is from actual test to immigration, or receiving results to immigration. Any advice would be welcome!
