Paying taxes from my UK bank

My Spanish bank account has been frozen as I am unable to present myself in branch to sign documentation, they will not accept Zoom video conferencing, so I have to pay from the UK. I have managed to pay my utilities via SEPA from the UK but cannot find how to pay my IBI and modelo 210 direct to the tax authorities. I will need their SWIFT/BIC etc so I need absolute information from the authority.
My apartment is in puerto de mazarron and it is unlikely that I'll be able to return to the apartment from the UK until covid is over. Does anyone have any advice or contact email so I can find the information I need?
