I wouldn't normally reply to sarcasm but yes I do think it's important to learn the language.  I have lived in spain before previously and even managed to work for a couple of years ! Learnt some of the language but that was Catalan which us entirely different so yes I will try.i may not learn alot but I will try but I would add this is the first sarcastic response I have had so hope there's not too many people like yourself living there. 

You obviously have nothing better to do with your time but to respond to people's genuine questions .at least all the other responses I have received have been kind .
