Hello all. I had the usual email last week from Aqualia with my bill however, when I went to open it I had a warning message from Firefox advising not to due to their license being out of date. I emailed Aqualia and as usual have not had a reply, and I've just checked again to see if they have updated their license, and they have not. So I still cannot access my bill.

Has anyone else had this problem, and also with being ignored by Aqualia? Does anyone have an email address for their customer service (if they have such a department), that actually gets answered. The bill only lasts 90 days and then it's gone forever! In the meantime they keep taking the DD!

Thanks

Hi I couldn't open the bill either. Money was taken the next day and was the usual amount despite hosing and jet washing due to the red sand. Sorry I have not contacted them before. Are you able to go to their office?

Hi. Unfortunately not, I've been in the UK since December 2019 and keeping fingers crossed that I can travel later in the year, although the news today makes it uncertain once again!

I got the same or similar warning using Chrome browser.

I just clicked ignore or something & the bill opened.

Something to do with digital certificates being out of date if  I remember.

Try using a different browser might be the way to get your bill.

Unfortunately the utilities in Span are notorious for not answering emails etc.

Hi. Yes that's the problem I have. I'll try circumventing it and see what happens. I went onto their website just now and filled in an online form, but got an error message saying the site is an invalid domain. I would have thought they would know about it by now! If I ever get out to Spain again, I'll visit in person and see what response I get.

Hi

Have I must be the lucky one, I logged into my account after seeing these warnings and have had no problems.

I can access all there services with the same details as always.

I've done it now using the advice from Roland, but I'm not really happy with the danger alerts. They still don't reply to any emails though......lousy service like most Spanish utilities. Anyone know of alternative suppliers? Not easy to change from the UK I expect.

I don't think there is any alternative to Aqualia to be honest.

Could be wrong though.

I think you're right, that's why they behave this way.
