Hi everyone, hope someone can help me with this.... we have a static home and need to buy some Solar film to put on the windows.... it helps keep some heat out n summer and some warmth in the winter.

I have ordered this from Amazon es but they say its too large to deliver, can't see why as it would come in a roll.

Anyway can anyone suggest where i could buy this,  we are sited at Los Delfines camping site so anywhere around there would be perfect.

Thank you for taking the time to read this hope you can help.... kind regards  Linda

We had ours supplied and professionally fitted and it has made a huge difference keeping inside cool especially the conservatory.

Chinos sell it but doubt it is very good quality. You could give it a go.

Thank you for your reply its good to hear from someone who has had this fitted, to be honest i was not sure that it would make such a difference.

We have been considering fitting an air con unit.. but since your reply we make give this a serious though it would defo be cheaper. ... many thanks again  Linda

I hope it works for you. We also have fly screens so can open the windows. With ever rising electricity costs we are hoping to see a difference and also will keep heat in the winter

Sunnyspain

Could you tell me what you paid per square foot & who did the work for you ??

I would be interested having my windows done.

PM me if you would rather not put the details on here.

Many thanks.

Hi Roland

It was Glen at Colour Glass Window tint. He is in uk now but should be back soon. Cant remember how much per metre but he with give a free no obligation quote. We went for the bronze and we have really noticed a difference and apparently helps retain heat in the winter too. We thought with these ever increasing electricity bills we would try. It certainly has helped keep the house cooler and so far no air con or fans needed
