We have been looking into this and there was a useful article on www.MurciaToday.com on 1st July - link below named 'Applying for a Covid passport in the Region of Murcia', which also had links to the required websites.

One of which is the sede.carm.es, if you have a digital certificate or Clave (which we don't); or you can apply in person at local health & medical centres

https://murciatoday.com/how-to-obtain-the-eu-covid-digital-certificate-by-region-across-spain_1609441-a.html

We will be doing this soon as we have a new niece just born in the UK, so could you please keep in touch (as we will) about how to get these...

I just read the entire confusing article that led me to  nowhere. So I called this number : 968362000 option 2. In a nut shell: You first must have a digital certificate. If you don't have one,  they make you an appointment right then. My region doesn't handle this so  I was given 2 choices: Cartagena or Lorca. They asked for: Full name, NIE or TIE & PH number. That's all. Right away I received a txt from them confirming my appointment. I will know more after this. Thank you.

I used the link on Murcia today which took me straight to salud in Puerto de Mazarron where you request apt for Covid cert.  Really easy. Turned up at med centre and collected cert. However I was due to go to the UK 1st Aug  and have found out these certs are only valid in the EU. UK do not accept these as yet and at the moment quarantine is still required as well as tests. Good luck to you but I've cancelled my trip as the regulations for double jabbed people who have had their vaccinations in Spain  are ridiculous. I believe the UK will accept covid certs but not til later in the summer.

As I understand it: if you have been double-vaccinated in Spain, with or without a certificate it makes no difference to visiting the UK. Only those having had double NHS jabs, with confirmation count.

You have to have a fit-to-fly test before the airline will let you board (within 72 hours of boarding), and pre-booked day 2 & day 8 tests in the UK, during which time you must isolate (and will be contacted to check you are there, or as they use mobiles, that you are somewhere!).

Have I got this right? As at 11.41 Monday 12th July, as the rules change all the time!

I think all you say is correct but I was going back as a holiday and will not now as will not be prepared to isolate

When I tried to fill out a passenger locater form they ask for your reference number of your pre booked test. Without this the form will not let you complete and print it.
