The invoice for your service for the month of Junio 2023 is now available. 

We want to inform you about the merger by takeover of the company A2Z TELECOMUNICACIONES SL (POLARIS WORLD) with Tax ID (CIF): B73319550, by the company AVATEL Telecom, S.A.U. with Tax ID (CIF): A-93135218. 

We will continue operating under the same terms and conditions as before, offering the same personal approach as ever. The only change is that, as of January, invoices will be issued by the company AVATEL Telecom, S.A.U. with Tax ID (CIF) A-93135218. We would therefore like to inform you that we have a new bank account.

If you pay by bank transfer or account payment, you will have to make your payment from now on to the new bank account provided on the attachment invoice.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation with these changes.

Sounds very strange to me as Avatel have been taking over other companies Flexa being one of them.

Polaris World was a very large property development company that went bust years ago an a fight for people to get money back is still going on in the Spanish courts.

Seems to me they are trying to make everything look legal by putting cif numbers no6a normal thing for a professional company to do. Beware

It's true that Flexa and Avatel merged a couple of months ago but we didn't have to do anything with the bank to change our payment details as this was done automatically.
