Access from Phase 3 Roda Golf to Clubhouse/Main Gate

I have an apartment in phase 3 and think its ridiculous that despite being an owner ( and paying fees ) i cant get easy access to the clubhouse/main gate.
Does anyone know if there are any plans to gain easier access to the clubhouse/main gate, such as a path or walkway?
Consideration should be given to phase 3/4 owners who have the same rights as other phases.( we pay fees for the running of the complex but seem to be second class when not granted access rights.)
