Not being funny but nobody knows the answer to that one yet.
Only thing you can do is to go onto the Easyjet booking website & try & book a flight.
Even if you manage to book a flight it is not guaranteed to fly & then you have all the hassle of a cancellation & a refund.
I am in the same situation & will not even be attempting to book a flight for the next 2 months.

I would recommend to listen to the news regarding opening of the borders.
Best is BOE (https://www.boe.es) OK it is in Spanish, copy it to google translate.
Main thing is: due to the bad “R” rate in the UK and it is outside of “Schengen” it could be delayed.
I read on various FB pages that flights from the UK to Spain are cancelled for July.
Do not jump on the wagon if your airline says OK for booking. if the flight is cancelled you have the problem to get the refund or voucher.
Be patient
Found this on FB:
"Be careful when booking with Ryanair. They saying flights will start from1st July and have dates on there website for August .But just had my flight cancelled for 4th August from Murcia international to Bournemouth cancelled .What's going on"

Be careful - my sister in law has just been advised that her Ryanair flight (booked last year) from East Midlands to Alicante on 12 Aug has been cancelled, yet you can still go online and book this flight! I have just been online and could have booked this 'non existent' flight!
Very devious - not sure if this applies to Easyjet also, but be aware!
Yes I agree a very devious ploy by he airlines to get some much needed cash in.
Take your money, cancel flight, offer voucher OR a refund 'when all this is over' !!
if you paid by credit card do a chargeback.
Another thing to consider is that the FCO travel advice currently advises UK citizens against 'all but essential travel' worldwide.
In general, this would mean that any travel insurance would be invalid (I checked with mine and they confirmed that this is a general exclusion across the travel insurance industry - you're not insured if you travel against FCO advice).
I too have a property in Murcia that I haven't been able to visit since early Feb, with several flights cancelled. I asked if checking on / maintaining a property would be classed as 'essential' and was told 'No'.
You may think that not being insured against a cancellation, delay etc, doesn't matter, but this would also mean that all areas of the travel insurance would not apply - e.g. medical cover.
As far as I am concerned Ryanair are 100% dodgy
You can book flights to and from Corvera on the Easyjet app but that does not mean they will be honoured as so much still up in the air. Last week I read that Spain have opened up a dozen airports but Corvera was NOT in that list but obviously the situation changes weekly/daily
My personal feeling is that after July most airports and flights will be reinstated but we do need to se the R number in the UK to drop consistently and over a period of a week or 2 before we can feel totally confident the Spanish government will let the Brits in
Good news is that everyone is looking to get back to some kind of normality as early as possible so fingers crossed
