Can anyone help please the Bouzon post box for my apartment does not have a key i need someone to open it and replace the lock, all replies much appreciated..

Can I suggest that you use a screwdriver or similar item place it in the lock barrel and force it open yourself then remove the lock and take it to a ferreteria for a replacement.
Or as you live in an apartment you ask the administrator or president of the comunity where to obtain the keys they are normally quite a basic lock and keys should be readily available,
