I am thinking of buying a small apartment in the Murcia area where I and my family can holiday and which I can also rent out. I am not sure which area would be best, I’m thinking easy reach of bars/restaurants/shops and the beach if possible. Would anyone have any ideas, advice on the best areas to buy to rent and also use myself. I’m thinking 1/2 bed £50k upwards. Many thanks.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Is that a good area to buy to rent out re amenities and access to the beach?

ich Sommer gut zu vermieten. Es gibt noch Wohnungen hier. Wochenmarkt, Supermarkt alles hier und 3 min zum Strand
