Teleast/Avatel

We previously had pay as you go TV with Teleast however since the have been taken over by Avatel we have experienced difficulties and Need an engineer to correct them - we have been trying to arrange this since we were last over in September. I Sent an email again on 5/12 and as yet have not had a response.

Does anyone know of a pay as you go service other that Avatel - we are over for Christmas and new year and would like to get it sorted out the,

We are pay as you go as well but changed to Flexa due to the incompetence of Avatel, it was so easy to register and we now have fiber optic which is so much quicker. Very easy to sign up online and arrange a date for installation when you are there. Also very easy to pay online 48 hours before you arrive.

Thank you so much for your response - Avatel has promised us that an engineer will be with us on Monday - let’s see if it happens. If not I shall try your recommendation.

We also got that promise too many times to remember, and the staff in Dos Mares are a nightmare. Best of luck to you.
