Wanted: OAP,s looking for a Long term rental from January/February 19

We rent at the moment this is a one year rental and finish’s at the start of next year.

We are none smokers or pets have NIE numbers,pay the rent and bills by D/D. We are looking for a long term rental with 2-3 bedrooms if poss 2 bathrooms, air/con, C/H or fire place (winter), pool on site and unfurnished or just kitchen white goods.Will look at offers in all areas 

Would pay up to €500 plus elec/water per month for the right property
