Actual location not important looking Costa Calida and Costa Blanca South, so you may read this elsewhere..
We are looking for a holiday home, if you have a property that fills the bill then please let us have details via a private message.
We holiday throughout the year but do visit in winter, In January and February we need a property that has a good south facing aspect.
Two beds minimum prefer 2 bathrooms, and furnished in good general condition.
Semi or detached with area for outdoor living in the winter as well as summer.
We are open to area we have wintered in Torre de la Horadada and Qusada, we do not need to be on the coast, we would like to be in easy reach of facilities, Salud, Shops, oh yes nearly forgot, Bars and Restaurants. It would be nice to be in easy reach of airports Corvera and Alicante.
We are cash buyers not time wasters, we want to buy now and will be in Spain in September to finalise if we can fine the correct property.
