Hi All. Does anyone of you know how to get this number? Apparently this is in the bill which we pay to Municipal which,  unfortunately I have lost. I'm in the UK at present and have no idea how to get this number aand from whom. I have written to my bank, in case, they know anything as I the bill is paid by my bank but so far no joy.

My estate agent wants it to transfer the water bill in the tenants name and the water company Hidrocosa needs it to process the procedure.

Thank you.

You could contact the town hall, or try the registry yourself, though it says there is an English version available its better in Spanish

Hi Julie. Trying to figure out what i need to do. The tenant has only been there less than a month and poor thing already having a lot of problems, first the wasps problem (outside the flat) and now the flooding ! I think he is going to run away very soon!😁

Hi Baljeet

I own an apartment in Santiago de la Ribera ( I am non resident which I presume you are)? Apartment was not getting used by family much so looked into renting it out for holiday lets, decided against it because of all implications involved as mentioned in previous message! Sorry I’m not a wasp expert and can’t help floods!

Thanks for your concerns Julie. I never had any lettings in all these years ever (bought my apartment in 2007) but like you, never used or enjoyed it either, so. reluctantly, although i did decide to rent it out; I am also very worried about the problems and further financial burdens which i may face in a very near future, looks like i might end up to be out of pocket than make any money, only time will tell. Right now i am trying to sort out this Cadastral number, sorting it out which, is a nightmare. .🙄
