Hi. We are looking to purchase a property and currently viewing some in Roldan. Does anyone have experience of a professional, affordable solicitor please? Some posts we’ve seen are quite frightening! Thanks

Used Fusters based in Los Alcazares, Notary in same building.

Been using them since 2014.

Gave them power of attorney, they also opened our bank account, sorted utility companies out and set up our direct debits for our new property, and sort our personal tax out every year.

Speak perfect English, always replied promptly to any emails.

We did our wills with them too.

Things are a little daunting at first but gave us the confidence.

Just keeps things simple for us gives us piece of mind, if there any issues in general in the future.

That’s my opinion of course, as I know some people want to do thing themselves ie tax affairs etc.

Hi there. Can recommend Aitor Pérez Pérez at "The Advice Centre" La Zenia phone 966730381 email [email protected] he is Spanish but speaks fluent English. We have used him a couple of times and always found him helpful and courteous and very trusting. Reasonable prices as well. Would highly recommend him.

We have used and still use Imont based in San Javier. English speaking and cover all aspects of real estate. They have also handled our wills and residents taxes. They are very straightforward and not pushy and will not charge for anything unnecessary. Would definitely recommend.
