Unfortunately we got the official letter in our hands 6 months after the date of the resolution and because we paid a new visit to the Oficina de extranjeria. They had never sent it to us.

We are trying to find a solicitor who can help us with appealing since we have all the evidence which we had also sent to them via registered mail when requested last year.

Our solicitor is in Granada and despite having power of attorney will not help. Other solicitors we spoke to cannot be bothered! We wonder whats the use of lawyers then but here we are!

Anyone could recommend a serious solicitor in the LA/Roldan/san Javier area or anywhere as long as they are willing to do the job?
