Can anyone tell me what taxes need to be paid .... i know theres a non residence tax is this the only one or are there others we dont know about ? and when do we pay them TIA ...

We are going for residency are these taxes the same it's all so confusing hoping to be done by August

Still confused if I need to pay anything for a property we purchased last September or if I only need to next year. Also need to get the Castoral value - which is quoted on the IBI invoice for I think - before I can figure out how much it should be :-(
