I know you are looking for a villa, I have an apartment near Balsicas with full A/C, WiFi and UK TV and communal pool, if this will do until you find a villa let me know

Hi, Yes it is fully furnished on the ground floor, it has 2 terrace's one having sliding glass curtains, the price depends on the rental period for example 6 month minimum would be 400 plus bills or weekly it is 245 excluding A/C.
