Coming over hopefully August when we complete sale in san cayetano, looking for recommendations for indian, Chinese and good steak restaurants, not keen on restaurants that serve every quisine under 1 roof, travelled a lot to India so want authentic If possible. Thank you

I think the only place you can get authentic Indian cuisine is in India - or in one of the areas in the UK with a high-density of Indian/Pakistan/Bangladesh residents.
Having said that, there are some excellent Indian-themed restaurants around Los Alcazares, just avoid the "we serve anything" places.

Thanks, we have lovely restaurants at home, mixture of Indian and Bangladesh owners love their food. Not a great fan of restaurants with mixed cuisine and loads of pages of meals, how can it be fresh?
Looks like I might be making my own got a few recipes from indian friends.

Imo the best one around is Bombay Darbur in San Javier but there are others you might like to try...Gurkha Durber, Masarla Cottage, Run, all in Los Alcazares.
An interesting Asian fusion restaurant just opened inn Pinatar Park...worth trying their menu del dia 10€,
