I’ve just returned to my property in San Cayetano after nearly 2 years and (surprisingly) everything looks great apart from the fact that the water pressure is terrible. It was very high when I left but now it’s bearly a dribble.

does anyone else have the same issue? Any suggestions on how to gix it?

Go see jose in the ferretería tomorrow and ask him to have a look. You can get the water company to come out and check the pressure also.

I have had the exact problem but in San Pedro.  I rung the water board and they flushed the line. Apparently after the Gota Frieda sediment had settled in the water pipes and just needed to be cleared.

could be a build up of calcium deposit in the pipes...narrowing the opening ...Richard Webb the plumber can sort it if you cant. Find him on Facebook

That was the only issue i had the water was coming out of the taps like a dripple  shower was fine . It was a build up of lime scale calcuim or whatever   in the hoses plus the taps are 10 years old . Changed the tap and hoses and works a lot better now
