Getting my dog to Murcia area from UK

...t to put him through it. Ferry to bilbao is the next I checked which I can do as he can travel in my cabin but pricey. Also getting from Bilbao by train seems a long and horrific journey. Yes you have guessed it I do not drive. I can't travel across via France by train as he would be too large for the French train company's maximum travel crate size. How do all you dog lovers manage to get your dogs to spain. I am getting so disheartened, can anyone suggest anything please?
