We're to pay your car tax

Hi guys, am in England and don't see me coming over this year but am sure l need to pay road tax.
I bought a new car last year May . I sent all my car and i.d. info of to a Suma office but was in Alicante they sent message back to go to San Javier office , need to find a email or contact details. Help
