Someone to speak english with me?

Hi, I'm a physician working at Los Arcos Hospital in San Javier. 

I have some patients from UK and others countries "anglo" speakers, who some times do not speak spanish well, so, we have  problems of communication.

I really want to learn english, or at least keep a good conversation with native english speakers.
