Go to the Citizens Advice Bureau Spain's Facebook group or their website. They have been explaining what's the latest on this.

Go through the threads on their Facebook page. The last update on this subject was posted on the 17th March but there are lots of threads before that date. https://www.facebook.com/groups/171561296334693

 · Advisory for Affected Individuals of Iberian Funeral PlansPlease note* This is a suggestion from CAB paralegal Myra Azzopardi. Citizens Advice Spain suggests that you may wish to seek confirmation from your lawyers. If you have lost money due to the disappearance of Iberian Funeral Plans, please take the following steps:1. Continue with Legal ActionLegal proceedings are already in progress. If you have not yet joined, seek legal advice immediately to explore your options. Staying informed through your legal representatives is crucial.2. File a Police Report (Denuncia)Even if there is no confirmed fraud at this stage, filing a police report with the Guardia Civil or Policía Nacional is recommended. While authorities may initially say there is no clear evidence of wrongdoing, this step ensures that there is an official record of complaints, which could be crucial if further action is needed later. When filing the report:State that you paid for services that are now inaccessible. Explain that the company has been uncontactable for weeks and that there is no verified proof of the owner’s reported death. Note that others are in the same situation and that legal action is already in motion.Even if the police do not take immediate action, these reports will serve as preparation for any future investigation. If enough reports are filed, authorities may be more likely to intervene.Contact the agent who sold you the plan and or the last agent you communicated with and ask for information.3. Inform Consumer Protection AuthoritiesTo ensure the case is recognised as a consumer rights issue, report it to:OMIC (Municipal Consumer Office) at your local town hall. Regional Consumer Protection Authorities in your Autonomous Community.4. Check with Your Bank or Payment Provider If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, contact your bank to see if you can dispute the payment or make a fraud claim. Some banks have specific procedures for recovering funds from businesses that have ceased operating. Next StepsSince legal action is already underway, the most effective course of action is to ensure that all affected parties file police reports and consumer complaints while remaining engaged with legal proceedings. This will help build a case if further action becomes necessary.Reasons why the affected parties may wish to be proactive. At this stage, what is most concerning is not just what we know, but what we don’t know:There has been no official notification regarding the company's status. The reported death of the owner remains unconfirmed, with no obituary or statement from family or business representatives. No beneficiaries or company representatives have stepped forward to clarify what happens next.No communication has been made to customers about their policies or payments. This silence raises serious concerns. If a business is unable to fulfill its obligations, there should be clear steps—whether through formal closure, insolvency proceedings, or communications to affected clients. The longer nothing happens, the more time passes without accountability. What This Means for YouIf the company is still operating, there should be answers. If the company has ceased operations, there should be official notices. If funds have disappeared, time may be a factor in determining what can be done.We are not making accusations, but we cannot afford to assume everything will resolve itself. Staying vigilant, asking questions, and taking necessary steps to report concerns will help ensure that affected individuals are not left without recourse.

Doesn't look good. Difficult to find out anything else
