Can anyone recommend an English speaking accountant to help with our resident tax returns?. We need someone who actually bothers to return calls and emails, and who understands the double taxation rules.

We use Ex Pat Services at Cabo Roig https://expat-services.es/about-us/ ask for Jose. He worked for Barclays Bank back in the UK and speaks perfect English. He is fully conversant with both British and Spanish tax law. His wife who also works for with him is English.
Even though they are in Valencia region, about 10 minutes from San Pedro Del Pinatar, you are allowed to cross the boarder if you have an official appointment.

Hello, we intend to get installed for a period of a few years in the Murcia Region , San Pedro del Pinatar. Can somebody recommend us a lawyer or consultant foto obtain answers about taxes, buying a Property or a plot, starting a business in Spain. Ps we come from Belgium. Consultancy in Dutch, French or English is ok. Thanking you in advance
