Has anyone else experienced this?
I bought a new mobile device two weeks ago .Sabadell bank didn’t seem to like this and locked me out of my banking app. I was told to supply the bank with new passport details and a selfie which each time they say I have submitted successfully and a manager will send me a new login. I have done this twice . When I phone thThey deny receiving the new passport etc and we go around in a loop. I am not in Spain and currently otherwise I would go into a Branch. They are a nightmare bank! They keep promising to escalate the problem and resolve it but they don’t.
