I got this from them but as I was visiting I booked an appointment and called within 10 mins so this is what they sent to me
With regard to your email, to be able to close your bank account, the account must be at cero, any Sabadell insurances that are linked to the account must be cancelled and credit cards paid off, your id that you provided to us must be in date. If you have online banking, we will be able to assist you with your request, we would need to speak to you by telephone, if you would like to provide us with you telephone number including country code and a preferred contact time, or alternatively you can contact us on the details that follow.
