Can I pay my utilities bills in Spain direct from uk bank I wish to close my account there due to extreme charges only 3 direct debits from account yet Sabadell charging 50 euros a quarter Thanks
No you cant pay bills in euros from a UK GBP bank account.
Use the search box at the top of this page & search 'Banking' & 'Free banking'.
There is lots of good info to be found.
In short open a Transferwise Euro account transfer money into that account.
Then give your Spanish utilities companies your Transferwise IBAN code & set up Direct Debit payments.
