We have just bought a property near the bus terminal in San Pedro del Pinarar.

Can anyone suggest some interesting day trips we could take by bus.

Many thanks

Hi, we visit Lo Pagan each year for a month in June and September. We have been to Cartagena a few times. It has some wonderful ancient Roman ruins including a Colosseum. We will be going back in June because I've read that they have just discovered the underground chambers where gladiators and animals were housed.

There is an excellent museum also and boat trips out through a very impressive harbour. Hope that helps. It's about an hour from San Pedro and very cheap.

Also only a 10 min. walk from the bus station.

We have done several day trips with Dave's Coaches. Not been disappointed with any. Most have been around 25 euros inc' lunch and wine.

Last year we did a 3 day trip to Cuenca. Full board for about 145 euros. Highly recommended. We're thinking of doing it again.

Hi Andy

Thank you very much for your reply. We have found Dave’s website, and will definitely be going on a few of his day trips this year!
