Hi.  Battleface Insurance will cover for Covid and all the usual stuff.  I got a quote yesterday and it's not cheap, but worth paying so you can visit your 2nd home/have a holiday x

Thanks for this. We've been on the Battleface website and were quoted £100 for the two of us for a 16 day visit at the end of August; and some friends coming over for a long weekend during that time have been quoted just under £30 - so in our opinion these are worth paying for the peace of mind.

Worth noting:

  • The Covid cover is limited to 59 years & under, but the remainder of the policy covers up to 79 years old;
  • It doesn't cover pre-existing conditions.

I think it's really good value considering the current circumstances. If only the FCO would apply some common sense, thousands wouldn't be in this situation !!

Towergate does not as far as I can see give cover for covid and policy is invalid if you go to spain at the moment.

Voyager insurance with cover for travel against FCO advice.

Reasonably priced for. 64 & 61 year-old.
