Hi everyone, I am looking for an English speaker to help me restart my car that hasn’t been used since the pandemic in the Lo Pagan area. Do you know of anyone that can assist with this? Thanks in advance.

We were in same boat as you last week also itv expired in May. So we came with UK car, jump started Spanish one, booked itv (2 days) drove there and now have itv for next October. Surely one of your neighbours has a set of jump leads, that's one way to get to know people, failing that could you bump start it (need a slight hill). We leave a set of jump leads here just in case and it's been 9mnths since last visit.

Good luck, chances are you don't need a mechanic.

Regards

Why not call your insurance company, if you are insured with Spanish insurer they will send usually a grua who will restart the car.
It's happened twice to me, once the battery died on first cold day of winter and once I left the boot light on by mistake.  They did not charge me just started the car and I drove straight to garage to get new battery.

Thank you for your replies.  I have found a local English garage who are coming to get the car started, it’s been nearly two years so I think I need to get it checked
