Our mate Boris is thinking, that post Brexit, he may need a bedroom in our Spanish home. He said if all it all goes pear shaped can he rent our third bedroom. How much should I charge him. He has a girl friend and a dog. Should I offer to do his laundry? He drinks rather a lot of red wine and is known to occasionally argue with Carrie.... any advice?
