Karen Dyson runs this company .  She has been renting mine out for 3 years.  She vets the clients collects the rent and utility bills . My business is conducted on the Internet and monies paid into my Spanish bank account.  I visit once a year to meat my clients and inspect the property.

Yes long term rental would suit us better. I am waiting on an a certificate from an architect in order to rent officially. She attended last week, so this should come any day soon.  Do you have an email or facebook account, i can send you lots of pics. Or i am in Lo Pagan today, leave tomorrow.  so you could pop along today to see. Or i can arrange a friend to let you in.  

When i try to upload pics it says too large, so easier to send via FB or email i think or messenger.

Hi ClareLouise, I have just joined this forum as I'll be coming out to visit friends near Los Alcanzares next weekend (May 13th).

I have read the replies to your post so this may be a little too late but I would be interested in looking at your property with a view to either renting or buying depending on what you have decided to do and what I eventually decide to do as it will be my first time on this part of the coast.

Could you let me know what the situation is at the present time.
