We’re flying out in a couple of weeks, looking for somewhere to buy in the area Los Alcázares up to San Pedro del Pinatar. We prefer a resale, and budget is tight; can anyone recommend an estate agent to show us around, who won’t waste our time showing us properties that they want to sell, rather than what we want to buy? We were looking at MangoLink and Paramount Properties, but don’t know anything about them. Thanks, Annie.

Paramount are very good as well as kings real estate, both highly recommended.

whoever u go with make sure you have independent solicitors and not ones the estate agents recommend
Take a look at the Property Rentals and Sales link at the foot the opening page, there are usually 2 companies there.

Based in Santiago De La Ribera Yolanda is the best, you will not find better. . She runs paradise properties which is on calle conde de lisea, tell her Austin sent you. Good luck . She speaks English Spanish and knows ins and outs of legal side of things and is not pushy as it's her own business and not needing to hit sales targets :)
