Can anyone tell me what the area around the New castelar college is like to live in

Pretty quiet most of the year and mainly residential. Short walk to high street for some amenities and beach at lo pagan. The whole area is very quiet in winter. The new houses are nice and quite a few people live there year round. Parking can be an issue close to the school at drop off and pick up times. You'd need a car as its a bit of a walk to a supermarket and san pedro town center. Fine in the cooler months but unbearable in the heat.
