Car space

I have a spare car space for sale in a flat complex in San Pedro Del Pinatar. If anyone is interested in buying this please send me a private message?

Hi,
Just a quick question is the car space in a secure comunity where you pay a comunity fee?
If this is so have you had permission from the comunity to actually sell the space?
Normally you do not own the parking space it is part of the land owned by the comunity and goes with an apartment very rarely will you see it on your escritura, therefore selling this could be classed as illegal.
I would check with a solicitor if you wish to continue with the sale.

Yes the car is in a secure space in which I pay a community fee. I own the space myself independently and pay council tax for it as well. I have been advised by the community manager that I can sell the car spato whom I wish.

I am pleased that you have checked, many people have made the mistake of selling something they don't own.
That is the reason I suggested you should check, it was meant as friendly advice which this forum is for.

Thank you for your advice and it is helpful I do appreciate it. I imagine the space may be hard to sell to someone who doesn’t l there. We shall see!
