Received a quote to repair my Panosonic air con but company wants payment upfront?
I had to call out Davofrio to repair my Panosonic air con last week. Very costly and I paid by bank transfer on the day. Air con is working fine again. I have now received another invoice for a quotation for additional work required to ensure my air con continues to run efficiently. It's appears expensive over €1,000 for a new tank, filter and a hydro flush of the system. They are also demanding upfront payment before they do the work. Is this common practice?
