We had all sorts of trouble with Iberdrola in our first year... our bills were going through the roof even when we weren’t there! We even started suspecting some one was tapping into our supply! They were very unhelpful when we asked for our meter to be checked. Eventually we changed supplier and we have been able to nominate certain periods during the night and day when our tariff is lower, which is great for using the washing machine etc!
