Is June a good time to visit? Will places be open?

Hi

We came out to scout the area and holiday home properties last November, which was great (apart from Sues handbag being stolen losing passports etc). We feel before we take the plunge we'd like to visit when more bars, restaurants and things in general are open. Would the second week in June be ok, or is it still quite quiet then? We are thinking of this so we could catch some of the air show perhaps, and know the weather should be good.

June is a very good time, good weather, everything open and still not too much crowded.

The local holidays are at the end of June, just in case you are interested.

yes June is a good time but not sure about an air show this year. Nothing has been posted yet....follow Patrulla Aguila on Facebook for news...

Thanks Hugo and Chrissy, we better crack on and book flights/accom.

On the 'Spanish costas and islands' website its saying the air show was going to be 9/10th June this year. Just search 2019 air show Murcia

June is just perfect. Everything and everyone out of hibernation! By July, we usually get away to a cooler and quieter place!Thanks for the air show info! Best wishes and happy house hunting in beautifully Costa Cálida!
