We just bought our place. Our builders informed us. That our post box number is 24 and not our house number 29 any advice. What to do.

Go to your local Correos office, show them a map showing the position of your property and ask them what the official address of your house is. Sometimes house numbers get changed for various reasons. If your postbox is not attached to your property and is in a separate communal postbox area, then it's quite possible that the postbox number has a different number than the house. You can just stick the correct number onto the door of the box.
