I am thinking about buying an apartment in a street name of Calle Estornino in San Pedro and noticed a sewage works next to the petrol station, just wanted to no is there any smell from this especially in the summer time

We live very near that street and don't get any smell. However I have seen some reviews for the Thallasia that mention a smell, might be worth checking their reviews for frequency

Being going to Lo Pagan/San Pedro for best part of 20yrs now and while I cannot comment on the specific area, sewage smell is an on going issue in the area. Having said that, we go back every May/June and Sept/Oct every year and aren't bothered....go figure!!...BTW, Love the place!!

We lhave a holiday place in the complex opposite the petrol station. The smell from the sewage works is really unpleasant sometimes. We don't regret buying there though, it's a great place to be. We use air fresheners in the house in the summer when all the windows are open and the smell is only at certain times of day and doesn't seem to last long. Strangely, it isn't every day either, only now and then.
