Every 2 months for us too and electric is monthly. On average we pay £16 or £17 per month for electric and water....when we are not even there :/

If I remember correctly you get the first 15 cubic meters of water 'free' then you start paying per cubic meter on top of that.

So even if you don't use any water at all you still pay for the 15 cubic meters.

Hi

We purchased a property in Mar De Cristal last year , we have had major problems with both water and electricity

bills . We are charged 2 monthly , our initial bills for both water and electricity were extortionate to say the least ,

we have not been in the property!!! The management company are trying to help but it has been an ongoing nightmare.

Check all your utilities bills thoroughly , anyone else ever had this sort of problem

cheers

Mark and Lynda
