Dialysis clinic in San Pedro?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the forum and hoping people can give me some advice regarding several queries I have would be very much appreciated.

Firstly, I am hoping to buy a small place in or around Murcia/Mar MenMenor/San Javier and I noticed there is a dialysis clinic in San Pedro, which is important for me at the moment. (Hopefully I won’t need this in the future but for now its a priority.)
I am wondering if anyone knows anything about the clinic taking ‘holiday patients’ on and any other relevant information you think I should know about in and around San Pedro?
I’m wondering about any villages and towns around the area but not too far away from San Pedro as I don’t want to add too much time travelling to and from the Clinic, after all I am after relaxing and making the most of my time while I’m there! 
I would also like to hear how people feel about having a property on the golf resort’s and the difference with having a place elsewhere.
I don’t want to be paying too much for my monthly community fees/taxes as I will still be based in England. Although if the area is safe and has walkable local amenities, restaurants and bars (shops would be a bonus!) I realise I may need to dig deeper in my pocket!
