Health on the Costa Calida

My partner and I intend to move from South Wales to Spain early in 2022.
We plan to relocate to the areas around San Pedro del Pinatar / Santiago de le Ribera / Pilar de la Hordada. One of the reasons we have chosen this area is the supposed health benefits of the area.
I suffer from mild asthma and angina. I was wondering if anyone had moved to these areas who suffer from these conditions and whether or not they had seen improvements in either condition following the move.
